Formed in 2000, Lean Consortium is set apart from the more conventional kinds of training provision and consultancy available from lean practitioners.

Aimed at engaging operators and shop floor supervisory staff in real and lasting change, whilst minimising the amount of management time absorbed, it is structured and delivered in a unique way.
